Hurley Construction HQ

Hurley Construction is currently under construction for their new headquarters which will be in Downtown Vancouver near the Waterfront. This project is a Tenant Improvement for unfinished floor that overlooks the city, the Columbia River, and Mt. Hood. This project has unique construction elements with glass walls and doors, floating soffits, concrete fireplace and countertops. This project is to be completed February 2019.

Pacific Dental

Pacific Dental awarded Hurley Construction the Tenant Improvement work for their Evergreen Crossing Station location. This 2,993 S.F. project was constructed while Hurley Construction was executing the multi-building project of Evergreen Crossing. This project required unique skill to meet both medical and commercial needs and was completed in May of 2019.

Pacific Energy Concepts

The former site of Eagle Street Automotive, built decades ago as an auto dealership, was remodeled to become a nearly 16,000-square-foot home for Pacific Energy Concepts. Our team worked very closely with the owner and designer to complete the award winning remodel published in the Vancouver Business Journal.
