Hurley Construction team competed all the sitework, both building shells, 70% of the tenant improvements, to date and the Black Rock Coffee Bar located on the same lot. Tenants include: Pacific House, Gyro Shack, Peace Health, Rebound, Pure Barre, Glam Bar and Sherwin Williams.
