Hurley Construction was contracted to perform a tenant improvement for the popular Margarita Factory located in Vancouver, Washington. We converted the existing 5,540 S.F. space into a vibrate dining establishment.

Pacific House

During the construction of Union Station in East Vancouver, Hurley Construction was awarded the New Tenant Improvement work for Pacific House. This restaurant is 4,528 S.F and had a unique design to add a Mezzanine.
